AI to $100k is a year-long program and we are committed to providing an enriching and transformative experience. Before enrolling, we kindly ask that you review the following refund and cancellation policy, which outlines the terms and conditions of your commitment to the program. Important: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE AFTER THE FIRST 14 DAYS FROM PURCHASE. Please carefully consider this purchase before buying and do not proceed if you think you will need a refund after the first 14 days.

Program Commitment: Enrollment in this program constitutes a commitment to participate for the entire duration of one year. This program is not a membership or subscription-based model. You may either pay in full or pay in payment plans, but neither are eligible for a refund or cancellation after the 14-day cancellation period.
Cancellation and Refund Request Period: We understand that circumstances may change. You may cancel your enrollment and request a full refund within 14 days of your initial registration. Please note that cancellation requests must be made in writing and include your full name, registration details, and the reason for cancellation to brittany@impactdrivenai.com.
Refund for Pay-in-Full Payments: If you have opted for a pay-in-full payment and cancel within the 14-day period, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests are processed within 30 days of the request.
Refund for Payment Plan Options: Participants on a payment plan who cancel within the 14-day period will receive a refund for any payments made up to the date of the cancellation request. Future scheduled payments will be canceled when the request to cancel has been made within the 14-day period.
Cancellation After 14 Days: Please be advised that after the 14-day cancellation period, we are unable to offer refunds or cancel remaining payments. This policy supports the integrity and resource allocation of our program.
Non-Transferable Enrollment: Your enrollment is personal to you and may not be transferred to any other individual.
Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that affect our ability to conduct the program, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. Participants will be promptly informed and presented with options for refunds or credits as applicable.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, under the rules of Florida law.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this refund and cancellation policy.

Transferable Enrollment: You MAY transfer your enrollment to someone else. It is your responsibility to navigate the financial agreement of the transfer (whether you choose for them to take over your payment, pay you back, etc.). Do not contact us about payment information as that is between you and the person you are transferring enrollment to. We will not be held liable for any payment transfers for enrollment. However, please email Brittany@impactdrivenai.com to notify us about who you are transferring your enrollment to. Again, we will not be involved in the financial side of the transfer – that will be up to you and the person you are transferring enrollment to. Enrollment transfer is only allowable within the first 90 days of the program. After that, you may NOT transfer enrollment after the 90-day period.

AI Copy Club is a monthly membership. You can cancel anytime. Refunds can be requested within 24 hours of purchase only for the monthly membership, or 7 days of purchase for the annual membership.
